Be ‘part of history’, capture the fun and/or business of your events with high quality photos. ‘Snappy Pics’ offer two services, so you can choose the one that best suits your requirements.
Either 1) Social Photos – Obligation-free basis for gala dinners, presentations, etc., where photos are returned on the same occasion and
available for sale (5” x 7” in a photo folder)
or 2) Official photos – Hourly where no photos are to be sold. These are invoiced for the time and materials used.
Snappy Pics is a professional photo company with more than 20 years experience. Our service covers everything Gala Balls, Dinner Dances, Charity Events, School Formals, Graduations, Reunions, Weddings, Conferences and Corporate Business Meetings .
We can cover the official proceedings including speeches presentations, entertainment, room set-up, VIPs, the social interactions of cocktails, around the table, dancing etc.

Photos are taken during cocktails and around the tables. These photos are processed on the night and are available for sale. We can upload all images to our web-site after the event. There are no costs to you for this service, we spend our time and then print the photos on the same night. These photos are offered for sale without obligation to purchase. There is no attendance fee and no booking fee.
School Formals
We bring professional studio to you including background and lights. The photos will be available for sale at the school and on our web-site or we can bring the photos back for sale on the same night.
Corporate Functions
We can provide your guests with a photo to take home on your behalf. This service is good for Christmas parties, milestone celebrations and the launch of new services. The photo folders can be specially printed or watermarked with your logo and message. Usually your guests will take the photos home, or put them in their offices in prominent display reminding of the good time spent in your company. We will be happy to quote and provide an invoice for these services.
Snappy Pics can attend your conference, product launch, opening, presentation etc. take all your photos without prompting and produce DVD/CD of quality images. We would love to quote you for your special needs.
